SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING METHODS

We currently ship within the United States using carriers including USPS and FedEx.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on order and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping where applicable.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Customers selecting local pickup will receive additional instructions after purchase.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Customers will receive tracking information once orders have shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and reship qualifying orders when appropriate.

Packages marked "Delivered" but reported missing will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
